A clear price. The right product.

Delivery

Delivery across India is included in the displayed online product price. No additional delivery charge is added at checkout.

Enter your six-digit Indian PIN code on the product page or at checkout. Our team will confirm the address and dispatch schedule.

Delivery dates are confirmed by our team. Contact us about any machine unloading or installation requirements.

Prices & GST

Online product prices include the GST rate recorded for each product. The price excluding GST is also shown. At checkout, products and GST are shown separately, with delivery shown as included. The final payable total is rounded to the nearest rupee, with a separate Round-off adjustment; product prices and GST retain paise.

Add your company name and GSTIN when you need an invoice in your business name. Prices and stock are checked again before checkout.

Choose the correct product

Search by brand, model or part number. You can also enter a phrase such as “HP black toner under 5000”. Search results come from our published catalogue.

A matching search result is not a compatibility guarantee. Check the product details and ask our team if you are unsure. Products marked Online purchase can be added to your cart, including machines. Use Request quote for configured systems or products without online pricing.

Order & payment support

Keep your order or quotation reference. Contact us with that reference for delivery updates, payment assistance or changes to your request.

If delivery needs a quotation, no online payment is collected at that stage. A payment response is confirmed after verification by the payment provider.

Returns, damage & warranty

Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products only. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns have no restocking fee, with return shipping paid by Exact International.

Replacement is available subject to stock, or an approved refund is processed within 7 business days after inspection.
